A vintage champagne bucket holding a bottle of Moet was the cake of choice for Peter when celebrating his 40th birthday last weekend at the wonderful Oliveto Restaurant at Rhodes.
The champagne bottle is carved styrofoam covered in fondant and the ice cubes are sugar lollies.
The cake is a dark chocolate mud cake.

Could I possibly find out where you got your candy ice cubes from please? Great cake by the way. I am attempting my first in 2 weeks and don't want to make the ice cubes out of isomalt unless I really need to. Kindest regards, Paula
