Every birthday eve, my sister and I would fall asleep to the sounds of the mix master as mum worked at making our birthday cake for the following day. Mum was no pastry chef and no great artist, but those cakes were made with soooo much love. The best part of every birthday was waking up in the morning and wondering what cake she had made this year.
So when my first son was born, one of the first joyous thoughts I had was WOW now I can do the same for him ..... and at that point it all started!!
Since then, Blissfully Sweet was a long realised dream of mine and now I get to share it with you!
I am a small business based out of my home in Putney, Sydney Australia. I have a love of creating children's novelty cakes, delicious cupcakes, cake toppers, as well as celebration cakes of all descriptions. All of my cakes are made with the utmost care and precision and will be the talk of your event as well as being absolutely delicious. My motto is "it has to look great, but it has to taste even better!!"
Any of my cakes will make your next birthday, wedding, christening or communion one that is "Blissfully Sweet".
As well as being the designer, the baker, the creator and the deliverer of your cake, I am also the extremely proud mother of three outstanding and beautiful boys - Liam, Ben & Noah - and the very priviledged wife to my wonderful husband Larry! I have spent many years baking cakes for my beautiful family and friends and now I would love to do the same for you.
The cake is the limits .... and limited only to our imaginations!
