Butterflies & Crystals Christening Cake

Francesca came to see me for her daughter Sofia's Christening.

She had all the details down pat and knew exactly what she wanted for her cake.

She arranged for the Marquee Room at Le Montage to be decked out in beautiful bird cage centre pieces and she even had her own mini dessert table set up - it all looked beautiful and especially on such a dreary Sydney weekend.

The cake is white chocolate coconut mud cake with white chocolate ganache and

white chocolate raspberry mud cake with white chocolate ganache.

Crystal studded butterflies and letter blocks.
