This is one of my most requested and popular cake designs!
Rex's mum called me to request this cake as her son is mad for Hoot! She is having a huge celebration tomorrow (100+ people) and Hoot will be taking pride of place at the celebration. However, she wanted this cake only for themselves as she knew she could not cut him up for anyone else!
All handmade and Hoot is carved and covered styrofoam.The cake is carrot cake with white chocolate ganache.
