A lovely couple asked me to make the cupcakes for their wedding that was taking place in a beautiful Mudgee vineyard.
The wedding was a relaxed affair, so the brief was outstanding flavoured cupcakes with lashings of scrumptious frosting ..... so that is what they got.
Jaffa mud with chocolate ganache & crushed jaffas
Lime/coconut with coconut frosting
Orange/almond with orange infused frosting
