Now onto the cakes for this past weekend - and thank God, unlike the weekend before, the weather was perfect!
This cake has got to be my most asked for design for a boy's Holy Communion.
A vintage looking leather bound bible sits on top of the light blue cake with a silver chalice and rosary beads.
The cake is a caramel mud cake with white chocolate ganache.
