Although the day was a beautiful day in Sydney a few weekends ago (distant memory at the moment), the early morning delivery meant not great light for photos!
Jean-Paul celebrated his Holy Communion in style at the gorgeous Le Montage on the water in Leichhardt.
His invitations were simple and elegant, so I wanted to continue this theme with his cake and match the colour scheme with the invitations also. Cannot tell well from the photos, but the colour is a gorgeous silver/grey/blue colour.
The top and bottom tier is chocolate mud cake with chocolate ganache.
The middle tier is white chocolate mud cake with white chocolate ganache.
I particularly loved the simple design and the way my chalice turned out! Best yet I think! ;P
