A valued client requested this cake for her goddaughter's 1st birthday.
The design choice was not too specific, just pink and white and maybe teddy bears.
Pink and white it is, with a little hint of mint green, and the teddy bear just needs to be hugged! The bear is carved styrofoam (for weight purposes) and is completely covered and decorated in fondant.
The bottom extended tier is mocha chocolate mud cake with dark chocolate ganache.
The top half tier is vanilla sponge cake with white chocolate ganache.
