Nike Air Jordan 5 Cake

Jen requested this cake for her hubby's 40th birthday.

Chris loves basketball and obviously, Air Jordan 5 sneakers!

Everything is completely edible and the cake was carved with particular care given to the shape of the shoes!

I would guess that the shoe would be a size 10!

The cake is a chocolate mud cake with chocolate ganache.

The cupcakes are vanilla with white chocolate ganache.

Those basketball floorboards look soo shiny, I can almost hear the squeaking of the shoes!
