Ellie fell in love with the Dinosaur Train cake that I made recently and when she found out that her Mum had organised her one of her own, she was that excited that she printed out a picture of my previous cake and kept in on her bedroom wall to look at! Awwww :D
So this is the Dinosaur Train cake for Ellie! The same as the other, but for another special little person!
Upon delivering the cake, I learnt that Ellie had already planned that she would get the honour of eating Buddy, her brother Noah got to eat the Conductor and her best buddy Lily was tagged for the eating of Tiny! Love a gal with a plan!
The cake is chocolate mud cake with chocolate ganache.
All decorations are handmade and completely edible - except for the steam! :P
Watch out Conductor - Noah is about to get you!
