Carina, aka "Lil Miss Giggles" is one of my son Ben's beautiful teachers at pre-school.
Carina and her wonderful mother came to see me about making a cake for her 21st.
The birthday girl is very family orientated and a design was made that included her colour scheme as well as a photo reel that showed Carina throughout her 21 years.
The bottom tier is strawberry/vanilla swirl cake with white chocolate ganache.
The top tier is chocolate sponge cake with dark chocolate ganache.
