A retro toaster cake for Mary's Kitchen Tea.
This cake was ordered to be the centrepiece for the table and I hope someone does not try and steal the toast! I love the retro lines on the toaster, but my favourite part are the cake board accessories! Just a little something extra to make the "scene" work!
The toaster is a chocolate mud cake with dark chocolate ganache.
The personalised butter with "use by" date (the date of the Tea) with the melted butter square and the shiny pink handled knife.
Mary's name spelt out in 100s and 1000s on her toast!
The toaster dial, switch and embossing on the toaster.
