Chantale recently graduated PhD and that is something to celebrate "Doctor"!
To celebrate such an auspicious occasion, a special cake needed to be made.
A graduation hat sat on top of a leather-bound PhD thesis and a graduation scroll was added.
The PhD thesis is an orange/poppyseed cake with white chocolate ganache.
The graduation hat is a dense banana cake with white chocolate ganache.
