I had the pleasure of making a beautiful castle cake for Amelia last year and when the time came to celebrate her birthday this year the theme was Barbie!
Amelia is a brunette, so Barbie had to be one also!
The cake was a vanilla bean sponge filled with organic strawberry jam and buttercream and then covered in white chocolate ganache.
