This cake was made as a surprise for a son and his cousin that both were sharing their 21st birthdays. They are both mad Liverpool FC fans.
The cake is a chocolate mud cake with dark chocolate ganache. The soccer ball is fondant covered styrofoam. Everything else is completely edible.
