Lisa's hubby Michael is a die-hard Manly fan (sad but true LOL)! So when it came to decide on a birthday cake for his 40th birthday, it was not a hard choice.
Lisa searched and loved a previous jersey cake that I made and so another one was created.
The cake is a chocolate/vanilla marble cake with chocolate ganache.
Everything, including the images, are all completely edible.
