What a special celebration in a young girl's life - your sweet 16th birthday!
Jessica celebrated her 16th birthday over the weekend and this cake was the centrepiece for her event, as well as being the mouthwatering dessert!
This 3 tiered Tiffany box inspired cake with "bling" spilling out over the sides was her cake request.
The cake is a white chocolate and raspberry mudcake layered and covered with white chocolate ganache.

One dozen matching cupcakes were ordered for Jessica to take to school to share with her friends - I can hear them lining up now!
