My hubby's work colleague ordered these cupcakes for his wife's birthday. They were having some friends over for a celebration and Sally loves everything to do with cakes. John decided to surprise his wife with some of my cupcakes. He had told her on the morning of the party he was going to drop down to Michel's to pick something up! I think someone earned some extra brownie points!
When I enquired about what Sally likes, John said she just loves Australia! So I decided to make up some cupcakes with some of our national favourites:

Steak and snags on a BBQ
30 of these little cuppies fed the guests. They were a mixture of Sally's favourite - chocolate sponge and lemon poppyseed cake.
