Cindy came to me recently as she wanted a topper for her daughter's birthday cake.
Cindy is a very talented artist, see her webiste Spinbella here. Her daughter was having an art themed party and she therefore wanted an art palette.
This topper was made to fit the top of her cake. The topper is 8" in diameter.
